277bd's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
277bd believes entertainment is only worthwhile when it is safe and controlled. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines help you enjoy the fun within limits.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — much like watching a film or enjoying a sport. But just like any form of entertainment, it is best when you stay in control of your time, money, and state of mind.
277bd always wants every player on our platform to keep gaming in its proper place — purely as entertainment. Trying to recover lost money by betting more, or taking funds away from everyday expenses to play, are warning signs of a problem.
Responsible gaming means: setting a budget in advance, keeping to time limits, seeking help when needed, and not treating gaming as an alternative source of income.
Watch out for these warning signs
- Placing larger bets to try to win back money you have lost
- Not wanting to stop gaming, unable to quit
- Playing instead of spending time with family or attending to work
- Borrowing money or dipping into savings to fund gaming
- Keeping your gaming activity hidden from others
- Turning to gaming to cope with stress or loneliness
277bd's Safety Features
We provide a number of effective tools to keep your gaming experience safe and enjoyable.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and additional verification is required to change it.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out of anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period your account will not be accessible.
Self-Exclusion
Exclude yourself entirely for a long-term break. While self-exclusion is active you will not be able to log in by any means, and we will not send you any promotional messages.
Loss Limit
Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, further betting stops automatically, helping you avoid major financial loss.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact us via live chat at any time. Our support team assists in both Bengali and English and will give you the right guidance when you need it.

How to Set Limits
Set a Budget
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Think of this amount as an "entertainment expense" — losing it should not affect your household.
Manage Your Time
Allocate a fixed amount of time for gaming each day and stick to that limit. Setting an alarm on your phone is a simple way to do this.
Let Someone Close Know
Let a family member or trusted friend know about your gaming habits. An outside perspective can help you spot a problem.
