1 General Terms

• Bank account or mobile banking verification

277bd reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Bonus & Promotion Policy

277bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply when claiming these benefits:

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20x (calculated on the bonus amount only).

3.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus is awarded only once and cannot be claimed from multiple accounts.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Wagering must be completed by placing bets on specified games; the list of excluded games can be obtained from the support team.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 277bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• 277bd reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 277bd are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We use Bangladesh's popular payment methods to ensure a safe and fast service.

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
• If there is an active bonus, wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• For suspicious transactions, 277bd reserves the right to request additional verification or place a hold on the withdrawal.
• Transferring funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

5 Gaming Policy & Rules

All gaming activities on 277bd are conducted on the basis of fair and transparent policies. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Cheating & Fraud: Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games is prohibited.
• Coordinated Activity: Using multiple accounts to collectively gain bonus or winning advantages is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
• Platform Hacking: Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting to hack is strictly prohibited.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

5.1 Sports Betting Policy

For sports betting, 277bd follows the policies below:

• Official results are used to determine the outcome of bets.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• 277bd reserves the right to void any related bet if evidence of match-fixing or information-based fraud is found.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, the related bet may be voided.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

277bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure or refusal to complete account verification
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Legal or regulatory reasons

In the event of account closure, the user will be notified in advance where possible; however, action may be taken without prior notice in urgent situations.

7.1 Closure at the User's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any existing balance (subject to conditions being met) will be returned. Please contact the support team to close your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 277bd platform — including logos, graphics, website design, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of 277bd or its licensors.

• Republishing, distributing, or commercially using any content without written permission is prohibited.
• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or modifying the platform's software is strictly prohibited.
• All content from third-party game providers is protected by their own intellectual property rights.

9 Limitation of Liability

277bd bears no liability for the following:

• Loss of a game session or bet due to internet disruption or technical failure
• Transaction delays caused by a third-party payment provider
• Account loss due to the user's own negligence
• Unavoidable circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

For any claim of loss, 277bd's maximum liability will be limited to the value of that specific transaction.

10 Changes to Terms

277bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms will be published on the platform along with the date of the update.
• For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify registered users.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
